One is showing on TU as one CA and on Equifax and Experian it shows as a different CA trying to collect on the same debt, is that allowed?
On TU and Experian it shows:
Collection on debt to: Inphynet Contracting Serv
The collection agency "Comnwlth Fin" was hired to collect a debt of $561 originally owed to "Inphynet Contracting Serv" on account number "XXXXXXX16N1".

It looks as though they were assigned the same day but only one of them can attempt to actively collect.
I would send a DV to each of them.
Commonwealth financial and northeast credit and collect are the same company. They report under whatever name they feel like I suppose.
Then it would be a duplicate account if that could be proven.
Dispute both of them.
I just came across your post after posting mine regarding the same companies and the same situation. Commonwealth posted a collection to EX in December 2013 and than I just got a message from myFICO that there was a collection posted to my account yesterday, 2/5/2013, by Northeast Credit & Collections (on Commonwealth website, it states that they bought NCC in 2001).
I am wondering what steps you took and if you finally got positive results!?
Thank You!
