Two Questions

I am new to this, and I appreciate the info about sending a GW letter, but I have additional questions.

1. If my CR lists my two negatives as paid in full/charge offs, do I contact the OC (Limited Brands and Old Navy accounts)??

2. Since I'm currently paying on the last negative account, how do I go about getting a PFD (Macy's account)??

1) You only send GWs to request a fix to whomever is reporting.

2) Just send a PFD to Macys. Plenty of examples in here somehwere. I would hesitate in sending a PFD to an OC if it is one of your oldest accounts. Deleting it could cause a score drop if that is the case.
