Type of Account under SOL - NSF Checks

Hi there,

Just curious because I see a returned check on my report that I don't recognize.  Are NSF checks considered written contracts, promissory notes, open accounts, or what under SOL?  BTW, I'm in SC.

Some states have seperate laws for bad checks.

If not, then I'd have to guess written.
