Good afternoon board-

I have several medical in collections and they are recent. I have one from Baylor hospital in collections and also more bills not in collection from them. Should I connect the hospital can ask if they can remove the one in collection since I am going to pay the rest? Thanks

I just spoke to the OC but I was told they can't remove it. However, they will report as paid in full. What is my next step? Send OC payment?

Well... what some users suggest if the OC can't recall/retrieve the CAs collection being reported on your CR is to follow the HIPAA process. I'll PM you the info since apparently we're not supposed to discuss this on the forum!
