Updated UTIL reports-lost 19pts

Updated UTIL on NFCU and Walmart reporting old balance resulted in 19 pt SW drop. Walmart shows 1.6/5.4 balance and NFCU shows 12k/25k balance. I've paid 900 on Walmart and 3k on NFCU already but that will not update until next month.
