Utlization with 4 credit cards

So I have 4 credit cards two are mine and two I am an AU on.  Do I need to worry about the accounts I am an AU on?  Currently our account balances are:

Mine:
Cap One $0 ($400 limit, Auto CLI this month Due the 6th

Chase Slate $0 - 0% interest rate until December ($500 Limit, Auto CLI this month Due the 16th

AU: (These are my wifes)

Chase Freedom $71.92 ($5,300.00 limit) Due the 1st
Chase Slate $950.02 - 0% interest rate until December ($3,300 limit) Due the 24th

I have read that we need to find out the cut date so I can figure out when to get it down to 9% then pay it off a few days after so I do not get any APR charges.  I really want to get my CS up so we can get a house in the next few years.  She has 0 baddies and I have two medical which I plan on writing some GWs this week.  Can I kindly get some help or direction.  Thanks.

Look at your previous statements and see when the statements dates are, thats a good rule of thumb, the other is approx 3-6days after the due date. I have cap 1, due 24th, statement cuts 27th. ( shows next months due date and amount due). Mine range from 3-6days after the due date an approx 30 days from the last statement date on previous statements.

You can also call the CCC and ask what day they report on.

So should I be concerned with all 4 credit cards or just the two that are actually mine?

I meant to add, do I pay it down to 9% on the due date then pay it off before before it gets cut?
