VERIZON DELETION

I'm sorry it has took a minute to respond. I checked a few days after I posted and thought no one saw it!!

It's in NYC.  If you google it, it will come up.

I called the corporate office (in NYC) and they had someone call me back, but the call back was from Georgia not New York.

I have sent two DV letters, certified and with return receipt/thirty days apart, to PO BOX 26055, Minneapolis, MN 55426, and no reponse.

I checked my scores today and Verizon is reporting: EQ $485 At least 120 days or more than four payments past due. Open 1/1/2010.  Also reporting to TRANS $584 Collection account. Open 1/22/2010.

I need these blemishes deleted ASAP but new to this and need to know what my next step should be.  After reading these forums I know a paper trail is needed.
