Has anyone else had this work? I tried it and got the run around for 2 days via email and on the phone with them thinking it was going to work. Finally after 2 days I got a phone call that they wouldn't remove it because it's reporting "correctly" even though it's reporting as a defaulted loan and not a collection item.
