Verizon Wireless agreed to a PFD!!!

No, hell didn't freeze over and no it isn't April Fools Day, but I got Verizon Wireless to agree to a PFD. I just got off the phone with their Exec. Relations Dept. and he said they will delete and sent an email mentioning that.

This comes after sending dozens and dozens and dozens of PFDs to them since last September. Turned out they agreed to a PFD and tried calling beginning in June to say so. However, when I would call back, their frontline CSRs would always say "No" and the person calling the house would never leave a message.

Pulled CCT and VZW is GONE off EX and EQ.  

Then I ordered EX and EQ FICO reports......drum roll............ZERO point increase!! 

Why? I think my PFDs were being read as a dispute by VZW and they marked it as such. I think FICO read it as a dispute and didn't include the account into scoring.
