Verizon wireless settled my bill for 1/3 and after I paid them they sent me a paid in full letter and took it off of my credit report, then Jefferson capital listed it on my credit report as if I owe them now for the same debt. If I settled with Verizon, how can they still show I owe money to Jefferson Capital collection agency?
