EW800 & KKY4, if either one of you, or anyone reading this can PM me your BOA contact info I would appreciate it.

My issue isn't a Mortgage but a Secured Credit card I closed and even received the deposit refund on it via check when I closed it, with a perfect payment record, but they are reporting it CH7 which was never filed under Ch7!

No matter who I talk to they give me "It is reporting correctly" nonsense.

So I feel really bad, as I never saw this message. I have had no success with BOA. I even was assigned a rep from the office of the CEO and got nothing. Have you had any luck with your fight?
