Wells Fargo Good Will = Good news!!!

Thanks to the GW support group (my inspiration)  and everyone else  Wells Fargo has officially removed 2 seperate 30 days late payment from my mortgatge in 2005.  granted I sold the house and the account is closed.  but i figure it was a negative so it was worth the try.   i asked last year and they send the standard

"Unless this is an error on our part the information cannot be changed ...

this year they grew a heart... I send the letter  three of them to three seperate addresses  One came back with the  typical comment  however the othe two must i hit a nerve because today I check all three reports and it is updated on ex and TU (fico)   still on EQ  figure it will take a while but this is indeed progress.

GW works keep sending them  someone will listen and act in your favor.

I sent the late payment requests off to Commerce Bank yesterday to see if they have the same heart. I need to find other addresses to send it to. HaHa.

If someone could PM that to me that would be terrific. I only have one mortgage late with them on a closed account the five years I had it b/c I was in the process of selling my home and title title co went out of business a few days before my closing and we had to move it which made the payoff get to them on the 31st day! I'd love to have that cleaned up.
