There are three major issues that I have disputed on my credit multiple times, and each time they get confirmed. I don't understand what the CRA's use as confirmation? Just the creditor saying yea they owe the money? I had one creditor even tell me there was NOTHING they could send me to verify the debt, yet the dispute came back as confirmed and no action taken. I am at a loss. I am to the point of filing a lawsuit against one of them, but that is a long story for a different post (and yes I am going to post it... just have to get the time). Today I filed CFPB and BBB complaints against the creditors and the CRA's. I am so frustrated.
