What do you make of this? Is this a dunning letter?

I just received a "Notice of assignment, sale or transfer of servicing rights for informational purposes"

This is a standard, "your mortage is now held by a new company" type letter. The debt is way out of SOL and there is no dunning information just the new mailing address. It seems weird.

I am pretty positive it is not a dunning, but just a courtesy letter informing you on what is happening to your account.
