What should I do next? Called Cap1, was rejected

I called Cap1, knowing full well that's not the most effective way to do it but I still wanted to give it a try, to ask them if they can remove my two paid in full charged off accounts by goodwill adjustment. I explained to them my situation that lead to the two charged off accounts. The first rep said they don't ever delete accounts for anyone and who ever says they had it removed are "lying". Then I spoke to a supervisor and she said the same thing, we must report accurately and we don't do pay for deletes or delete accounts at all, accounts stay on your report for 7 to 10 years.

So what do I do next?

I emailed the CEO a few days ago but haven't heard back yet.
