I recently sent in a PFD letter. I have not heard from them in over two weeks now and not quite sure what to do now! Please help! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

There is nothing to do at this point, 30 days is the time normally allotted for a response and then there is the chance they will never respond to it, in this case send another one at 60 days.
I prefer phone calls for follow-up. But that's just me.
I did half my PFDs over the phone, and the other half over email, sometimes to the general email and sometimes by emailing the executive team. I realize the phone approach is frowned upon by many though.
