When disputing an error on my credit report doesn't fix the issue...

My credit report has an error.  One Main Financial, a company through which I have a personal loan, reported that I was 120 days past due for over 2 years on my loan.  During this time they were deducting my monthly payment, so I'm not really sure how I was late.  I've tried contacting them several times and can never get anyone on the phone.  I disputed the error through myFICO, but unfoturnately it wasn't able to be resolved.  I'm going to be trying for a mortgage in a year, and this is really going to hurt me.  What do I do?

I would contact One Main and get a copy of your payment history and reconcile that way.
