It should show $0 balance main thing. And then paid. They each list things in their own way. Just needs that big old $0!
@Anonymous1899 wrote:Thanks @FireMedic1 . It does say $0 but this is the OC and $0 could also mean they sold it to collection, right? FICO looks at how recent is and this looks recent.. They've updated it a few times since I paid it and the delinquency keeps advancing as if I just paid it. EX and TU updated as well, but the Status Date hasn't changed so those scores are within a few points of each other. EQ is much lower because of recent delinquency. EQ isn't showing a status date, closed date, date it went to in-house collection...no payment history, nothing. EX and TU have all of this and I haven't had this same issue with them. Oh, and theyve forgotten to add the paid comment with one of the updates. Just frustrated. Thanks.
Yes an OC has to update to 0 if they sell it to another entity, typically they will also post in comment line that it was sold to another lender. Once a TL is paid to 0 then per CRA rules updates are to stop, now if you dispute something then it will be updated. If a TL continues past a few months after paying then its time to inform the CRA that the TL should stop updating as its been paid off
