Which secured card should I choose? US Bank or Citibank?

I'm starting from scratch and I have a Discover Secured for 1000.00 that I got back in March.  

I recently applied for both Citibank and US Bank Secured and was approved for both.  Again, I would like to put down a 1000 deposit to give myself a reasonable starting CL.

Any opinons on which secured card I should go with:  Citibank or US Bank?  Which has easier and faster graduation requirements.

I don’t know about us bank but Citibank doesn’t graduate for 18 months but I got it so I could product change to the double cash.
