Who do I goodwill?

I have an old account from Rewards660 Visa that was charged off in 2005.  This account is not due to come off my credit until 09/2011.  This account is paid and I will like to try to get it off my credit.  The collection agency listed on my credit is Jefferson Capital services.  I called Jefferson Capital and they sold my account to Accounts Receivable Management. 

So do I goodwill Jefferson Capital because they are the ones listed on my report or Accounts Receivable Management because they own my account now.

Do you have proof that the CO was paid? Also, did you pay it in full? Is Jefferson Capital reporting a $0 balance?

Yes I have proof:  I have my bank statements and the letter stated it was paid.  I didn't paid in full.  I settled the account for half.  Yes Jefferson Capital is reporting a $0 balance.
