Why DV before PFD?

DV goes to the 3 Credit Reporting Agencies??

Then PFD goes to the Collection agency?

If I have 5 collections can I put all 5 on one letter or is this to be done on a seprete later for each.

No, the DVs go to the collections agencies.  If the debt can be validated, you send the PFD to the CA also.

You can put them all on one DV, listed by account number.  I perfer one letter at a time.
