Will Fingerhut remove derogatory?

I don't know if I labeled this right. Sorry.
I got a fingerhut freshstart account in 2018 and always paid on time. Then I couldn't make the last payment. They turned my life and my credit score upside down over $32. Omg. I forgot all about it until I started working on my credit. I paid the company that had the charge off and they removed the charge off from my reports. But fingerhut is still there with their attitude about $32. Can I get this removed?
