Wohoo. Finally, one of the Mortgage scores in 700

All-- Thanks to you all. Today one of my Mortgage Scores has hit 700 (TU)Magical Number. The other 2 being 682 (EQ) and 679 (EX).

For the first time in 3 years, i have seen a score in 700 and most importantly my Mortgage score. 

With my plans of buying a home are atleast a year away, im super confident that i will bring all Mortgage Scores above 700.

Small Steps, but i'm moving in the right direction. My Fico 8 Scores has not changed (See latest in my signature).

What great news! Awesome job. I have to admit I am curious what about your credit profile has your TU4 20+ points higher than your TU8. That is not typical. My mortgage scores are 20 points LOWER than my 8 scores. Very interesting.

Thank you. Cannot really say why my TU Mortgage score is higher than Fico 8 score. but I believe the Habits are paying off.

such as Paying bills on time over a perriod of 2 + years, Spending on Credit cards & Keeping low balances on Credit cards before Cut off date, Plus almost all my bad accounts are Paid off and gone off the reports. Except 2 which are due to fall off next year.

I guess, the mortgage score increases as our Profiles strated getting healthier. 

However, i do feel that it is a matter of time before my Fico 8 scores shoot up to 700s too. I'm right there and I'm patient.
