Worksheet to Document the Baddies

I've put together this sheet to help me track my progress so far.

It's pretty simple. Green text means it's been removed. The dates listed are when I pulled reports. Known drop-off dates are listed under the name of the TL.

Gotta say, it's so much easier to digest in spreadsheet form...hopefully this will help someone!

Of course, the ultimate goal is to have all of these TL's in Green!!!

Re: Worksheet to Document the Baddies

Helpful!

Just a note on collections and charge-offs......

Under FCRA 623(a)(5), reporting of a DOFD only requires providing the month and year, so the CR exclusion dates wont have a specific day associated with them.

Yeah...my Excel formatted the 4-digit year incorrectly...I fixed it though! Thanks!

Re: Worksheet to Document the Baddies

Great worksheet. I track my baddies on an EXCEL worksheet also. In addition, I keep them in a 3 ring binder alphabetized with all correspondence for that file. I keep a cover sheet in the front of each file and track and date phone conversations, when I receive a stmnt, when I make a payment, what LTRs have been sent , or when it has been deleted from the CBs etc etc. ANYTHING & EVERYTHING that takes place on that particular file. I have 36 files, mostly medical, so I would be lost...
