Would you dispute this or let it fall off?

A house (and mortage) was left to me and my siblings. Sometimes I had to make the payments on my own and sometimes I could not. We eventually sold it so nothing is owed now but what you see below is showing up as a baddie on my account.  Notice the age on it.  I tried to GW and they called me today to say they can't find it withouth the account number.  I gave them the account number on the CR and of course they have my name.  They told me to dispute it... Should I try to find the account number and call back? I am almost certain I don't have it after all of this time... Ugh!
