Key Bank had been reporting two seperate accounts on my credit, AES Key Bank, and one as Key Bank N.A. (same debt just when they transferred it to collections they added another account) I've written them several times and got a letter last month saying they were going to remove the AES account from my CR.

 

Today I noticed CK gave me a nice bump in my score, but nothing changed.... so I pulled my TU FICO and the account was gone!!! added 15 points to my fico!

Yes, you can file a complaint against them.
