are DV letters the only ones you really need to send certified?

i was just wondering about this.....just want to make sure it's ok to send GW & PFD letters via fax or e-mail?

i would like to send them this way cause of easy and how fast they will get them.

Yes...I read that sending GW letter via CMRR...is a little too demading...or something liek that...so stick with regular mail..for the GWs...and the PFDs...

but faxing is ok too right? e-mailing should also be fine i would think.

The only reason you would send a DV via CMRRR is to create a paper trail.  This way they can not say they never received the letter and it is not their word agaist yours.  More to cover your self than anything else.
