Apparently i missed her call a few weeks ago so she emailed me today telling me that she couldnt locate my file and that she personally wants to help me. So i called her back and with all the info i gave her ( account number off CR from care credit ) name and addy, she couldnt pull up any old account. She said she is going to call me back in a few minutes. I wonder; if she is unable to locate the file; should i just dispute that TL and see if they can actually verify / find anything? Now i did pay the debt as it was with Portfolio Recovery and they always came back with info to verify the debt ( old late statements ).. What do you think?
BTW this is in responce to an email i sent regarding a GWL. Funny thing is, i sent 1 to customer service and got nothing back but i got 2 replies back from the office of the CEO. Lets hope for good news rebuilders
