can you remove charge off accounts from credit report?

I have a credit card that on one report shows closed/transferred and on another report shows charged off/ transferred. How can I get that removed from my credit report?  i've tried calling the creditor and they won't deal with me since the account shows a zero balance and that it was purchased by a collection agency.

Starting Score 4/3/13 : FICO 612 TU (FAKO)--642 EX (FAKO) - 497 Equifax (FICO) 593
Current Score6/28/13 EX(FAKO) 602, EQuifax (FICO) 615, TU(FICO) 642 EX-(FICO) 657

Try sending a Good Will letter... If you don't mind me asking is the OC Cap one...

No, the OC is GE Money/JCP
