Can i request gantors to delete them off my credit all together if the account has been paid out. And how are they affecting my credit.

You would need to provide more information before you could be assisted.  Are these positive tradelines, or negative information you want removed from your report?  Whats the age of the accounts and your AAoA?

Why do you want it deleted?  If it was a bad account & paid you would sent GW letter. They do not have to answer it or delete the account.
