hello friends!
Does anyone have an email address they can PM me? Pretty please with a cherry on top! These are the two I need:
RJM ACQUISITIONS: The CC originally was a Target Charge Off, credit limit $200-DoFD 04/2007. Amount charged off $687 and that is what RJM is after. I am going to be bold (or irrational) and offer them $100 to delete, this is due to fall off Nov 2013.
PORTFOLIO RECOVERY: Balance $456, the Dofd was 08/2007 (supposedly... I think that is wrong... I had been out of my apartment in early May and prob hadn't paid the month-2months before that...? does anyone have suggestions on what to do with incorrect DoFD or to find out... or just DV?)
Thx in advance, y'all know I appreciate it!!
RJM is probably the easiest company to deal with as far a PFD goes.
I called them, made an offer to PFD and received a letter in the mail stating our agreement 3-5 days later. No argument, debate, discussion, and settled for 50% of the original balance.
Then I paid online. It was deleted within a few days.
Their contact info is on their site.
I read every post here on RJM lol so I know they're easy and I know I coult call them, but I won't have the money for a couple weeks so I just want to get it in writing so I don't have to pay on the phone . I also want to try for a really small percent of the balance so I just feel more comfortable emailing LOL.
ALSO I disputed with BBB about factoring anyway so I'm waiting on a response for that before I go forward with PFD. I'm just covering all my bases expecting a get lost from BBB complaint. We will see though it's due to fall off Nov next year (EX) and Jan 14 (TU) SO I'm hoping they will just cave. **fingers crossed**
I totally understand.
I didn't have the funds available when I called, and didn't have to pay over the phone. I got our agreement in writing before I paid.
Well I guess I will go that route or fax if the BBB falls through and they don't respond to a fax. I already have the letter written up.
Thanks!
I searched all over this forum and others looking for an email, but never found a working one.
