i have 9 CC's how often should i use to avoid inactivity.

i have 9 cc's that all report less then 5 dollors a month is that the way to go? or have only 2 report a small small balance and the rest zero? also how often should i use them all to avoid inactivity on one of them..i can more then manage them all.. im very good at impulsive buying lol.. i wonder if its bad to have a bunch of cards? but they are l bearly used exepct amex green.. idk how they would even help my credit lol since its a charge card pay in full monthly..

As long as you charge something every few months they should stay open. And no it isn't bad as long as they are in good standing . And just experiment with paying in full before the statement cuts then try caring a small balance and see whitch helps your score the most. Just keep utilization low overall your cards.
