The judgements themselves are enoug how they collect their pay doesn't matter. That being said, hudgements are renewable. There are no rules hard and fast as to howlong they will stay on the report. I know you're trying but after payoff they remain on file for as long as a 7 BK.

Judgements generally stay on for 7-10 yrs after they are paid (Federal 15 years). You can request deletion but I haven't heard of anyone having good luck with that. I don't reccommend BK as it is a long road to recovery but sometimes you have to do what you have to do and multiple judgements will hurt you more. Incuded ion BK they generall fall off within 7 yrs from the date of filing.
