I am just starting to get in to understanding the whole credit system after messing up with several cards about 2 years ago. Those cards are currently in charge offs. I know I am with in my states SOL, I am just wondering if applying and possibly getting new credit (approved by Orchard) may be like poking sleeping giants and provoke them into escalating collection efforts? Any opinions?
