Was wondering if it is in the norm to be able to go from a low 500 score to a 620 with the following:

poor credit history 

12 months of on time payments -three credit cards

no additional collections on credit withing the last two years 

collections from the last two years all PIF??????

I would send GW's to the PIF's you could get a bump in score. What is your UTIL?

Would have to check on the utl. Now what if the gw letters do not work. I know the best the case scenario however I would rather not assume. We sent out a round of pfd's last month and recvd zero responses from collection agencies.same for dv's no responses.
