portfolio recovery deletion #1

Finally got portfolio recovery to send me a deletion letter along with a universal data form. Do I need to submit both of these to the credit bureaus? Id like to speed up the process and not have to wait on their end. They said it can take up to 90 days. Thats a long time! What is the universal data form should I also save this for my records? Should I be requesting this from all disputes if info is being updated?

congrats on getting PRA to fold !!!  hold onto the papers they sent you. when they removed mine it was gone within a few days. that form is submitted electronicly to the CRS's so it will be off quickly. but hold onto the forms until the reporting limit has expired in case they try to put it back later

I disputed with each bureau and uploaded copy of deletion letter. Gone within a week!
