score has increased by 27

Just sharing my good news and reporting progress, I was an authorized user on an account that had a 30 day late payment last year. So I removed that card from reporting.

Your FICO® score has gone up to 676 on April 6, 2009

Your FICO score may have gone up because the following factor is not hurting your FICO score as much as before:

  • You have multiple accounts showing missed payments or derogatory descriptions.

Bank of America $5000/ Alliant Credit Union $2000/ Amazon Chase $2000/ Capital One $1600/ First Premier $475

Re: score has increased by 27

25 yrs of age and perfect payments offset by ONE 30 day late!!! Essentially, that one 30 day late was hurting you 29 27 points more than all the positives of that account combined!!  Interesting. Thanks for the info.
