should this of fallen off yet?

This is showing on my revolving credit and nothing with a CA or anything else about it appears anywhere? is this old enough to fall off yet? Can i get this took off my report?

status dat aug.2010 for all three

equifax

remarks charged off account

condition closed

status charged off as bed debt

status unpaid balance reported as a loss by credit grantor

The date of last activity for this is  : equifax: april 2008 Transunion: feb, 2008 and experian not available

I dont understand which date to go by on if it should have fell of or no? as well since it says it was sent to another lender should this one of fell of i can even find it placed with another lender.

transunion shows no other dates, 

however equifax show the first payment missed (and continually not paid) marked as April 2008 

and experian shows it as August 2008

Call up each CRA, and ask them the FCRA compliance date, for an exact date, and then ask them when it's going to go "poof."
