Okay. I know from reading different threads that i am not the only one that doesn't get this...but each time I get more and more clarity so thanks in advance.

So, here are my questions.

Do I send the pre-hippa to all of them paid and unpaid???

Also, because I did not understand this, I have disputed them (medical collections) and many of them have come back verified within the last few weeks/months. What do I do with them?

When you say, CMRRR to the CRA and when they "respond" you then send the Hippa letter to the OC, what will the CRA's response likely be???? Could they simply delete, will they send you the info you requested? Will they do nothing or just verify?

I sent the PreHippa for all of mine paid and unpaid

Yes after the CRA responds send the Hippa to The OC if they haven't been paid use Insert B along with payment.

for those that are paid use Insert A

The prehippa letter is like a fact finder the CRA's let you know the OC, the date of service and to whom the service was provided.

with the med collections you have disputed and they came back verified you still want to do the

HIppa process with them.

Re: some help please

The PreHippa is sent to the CRA asking for the information of

who the provider is, what date it was provided and to whom the

service was provided.  that is the information you'll get back from

them

The CRA will respond. They will either respond with information, telling you it has been deleted, or telling you it has been verified.

Who knows how they will respond, but they will respond.

If they delete the account, there is no need for the Hipaa letter.
