Just wanted to share that there is hope and don't get discouraged. Good things can happen!
I received a couple of emails today. The first of which was to inform me that the details on my foreclosure from '08 have changed. Had a quick look-see and to my surprise, Chase had all 3 bureaus delete any and all references to "foreclosure" I still have the lates (that I'm hoping will be gone soon too) but It's a step in the right direction.
Next was an email from TransUnion that a Civil Judgement from an old apartment complex in 09' was deleted. I had stalled out for a few weeks as far as progress goes so this was a welcome surprise.
