Hello-I'm a newbie here, starting the HIPAA process. I sent my pre-HIPAA letters out to all 3 CRAs and got my first one back from EX. They stated in the letter back that per the FFCRA "A CRA shall require that the consumer furnish proper identification" therefore if you write to us we must require all of the ....long list of ID requirements (Gov. Issued ID, Current Utility Bill, etc.) to process your request.
I followed the details to the letter in the pre-HIPPA sample, anyone else experience this?
