HELP with pre-hippa response from TU

I sent a pre-hippa to TU for 1 paid and 1 unpaid medical debt.

1 paid was deleted

for the 1 unpaid it says: THe letter says based on the info provided to transunion, our records show that the info you disputed does not currently appear on your Transunion credit report.

They did not delete it, and I provided the information directly from my transunion i received from them.

My question is what do I do with this?  EX came back verified but I haven't heard anything from the OC.

Are they not reporting on the other CRAs?

I haven't gotten a response from EQ yet, EX sent something back with the exact same info as my credit report, name of CA and amount, date opened etc. TU sent the response listed above.
