Not sure of next step...

Alright so when I began this clean up I did it before coming here and seeing the HIPAA process.  I've made some great head way but I have 4 collections on EQ that I can't get to move.  All of them are paid, 2 paid to OC and 2 paid to CA.  Here's what's been done so far:

1. Disputed collections online with each buearu (prior to coming here of course) and these are marked as "Consumer disputes this item" but no mention of being verified and I never received validation from the CA's

2. Paid two CA's and they are marked as paid on my CRA

3. Paid two OC's using HIPAA LETTER TO THE OC

Since I disputed all 4 and they all say "Consumer disputes this item" but I haven't received validation, should I do a ALTERNATIVE MED DV LETTER TO THE CA and then FOLLOW-UP DISPUTE LETTER (2) TO THE CRA'S for all 4?  Or start completely over with PRE-HIPAA MEDICAL DISPUTE LETTERAny thoughts from the experts?

Re: Not sure of next step...

Since all of the med collections are marked as already disputed, there's not much you can do at this time. I would wait six months and start all over using the HIPAA process.

Re: Not sure of next step...

Thanks fused, that's what I was afraid of.  So if I wait 6 months I can restart the HIPAA process right?  I already have a couple others I'm doing that with.  Thanks for your help!

Re: Not sure of next step...

Yes, you should be able to use the HIPAA process in about six months.
