How long does a person have to live with their pre-divorce credit history in a community property state?

Re: PostDivorce

It depends on what is reported and what isn't reported. What will be reported and what will not be reported.

Most negatives will remain 7-7.5 years and can be longer depending on the type of negative. Most positives will remain 10 years since the closing dates.
