Re: Any "old timers" around still?

No - but I have heard legends of such an era. I do recall a time when kudos were rarely given.

Many old timers have posts exceeding kodos by a ratio of 10:1 or even 50:1. Some newer members (particularly 2020 and later) have kudos exceeding posts by a ratio of 5:1 and possibly more.

Re: Any "old timers" around still?

I joined in 2019 but I think I was lurking since 2013.   I still would be "Gen 2"  if I had joined back then.

Interesting point you have noted about Kudos to Posts ratio  @Thomas_Thumb .

Well, I'm "old", but not an "old timer" as I've only been here since early 2021.  Smiley Tongue

I'd like to think I was somewhat active on this forum; life got in the way, and it had been quite a while since I was able to log in. Therefore, my profile was no longer accessible; my username used to be digitaldiva (or digitaldiva_722; I'm not 100% sure), then I asked UncleB to change it to atthejanb. Since the last time I tried to log in, I retired from my full time job, took a full time, customer service job working from home, and resigned from it about three months later (too much like my old job; it was negatively affecting my health).  I decided to take a break from working, and am currently enjoying all of my hobbies (and a new one) that I haven't been able to enjoy for years.
