I was going through some old papers of mine recently and found information from when I talked with Experian Credit Advisors back in early 2014.
I have an Experian membership and they used to pimp that service on the side advertising part of the webpage. I wonder if they got it shut down or just quit offering it?
I remember you got 10 minutes and were advised to have your questions ready because after 10 minutes, it was like $1.95 a minute. Looking at my notes, I remember being dissapointed with it. You asked them a question and they would parlay it into some simple answer relating to the ingredients of your credit score. They also were using the Plus score as their basis.
I completely forgot about that service until, anyone else ever use it?
