Unable to edit my automatic mort. payment online. Continually get same error message and change doesn't take. This is with both Mac and PC using latest versions of Safari, Chrome and IE. Chase customer service says I need to get their mortgage department to cancel my autopay manually and start over. However, I get disconnected when transferred.
Additionally, the contact form on the Chase website appears to be lacking a "send" button. You can fill out the form but you can't send it to them. This is the case with Mac and PC and the browsers named above. This problem has happened before with the Chase website.
Further, log-in process often fails. Yes, even with correct ID and password. Erro message comes up frequently saying site maintenance, etc.
The last issue has been going on with Chase for a while now. I'm wondering if others are having similar problems with the website, which prior to this year (or so) always worked flawlessly for me.
