We moved last October, and the change of address must have set off an alarm in Discover Central Mailing.  Like weekly mailings to both my wife and me.  Pretty plush too.  But such overkill!  The same stuff, over and over.  I know I could turn all the offers off, but I guess I like the attention.  Except for Discover.  It's OD time on them.

Yes your address matters as to receiving preselected or preapproved offers in the mail. When I left Idaho and moved to my new state these went out the window and they are now pretty much non existent. A creditor doesnt want to waste money on the mailings so they do research as to what areas return the most for them.
