One of the buttons in the toolbar looks like a small tree. If you hover your mouse pointer over it, a tooltip will pop up saying "Insert/edit image." Click it, and if your browser has the Flash player installed you can browse your computer or the Internet for images.
Tip: before uploading your image, use an image editor to resize it -- most cameras make huge images with resolution suitable for hardcopy prints but massive overkill for online use! Something like 400 or 600 pixels wide is plenty for online posting.
