Finally cracked 800 score, showed my wife...

So I finally cracked 800...as of tonight I am 801 with Experian.

iI was so proud!...so, I showed my wife (who could care less of credit cards/scores), so she decides to check hers (I don't think she's ever checked since I've known her).  She's been 850 on Transunion for the past 12 months, except two months when it dipped to 849!

We can be very competitive (in the most friendly way) so this hurts!

I've got some cards. Some are pretty, some are ugly. Some are more useful than others.

I hear ya!  My wife and I are competitive with our scores too, but as of lately I'm ahead of her.  For the first half of our marriage I wasn't not able to keep up with her though.

If you're going to be competitive with your wife over something though, I think credit scores are a pretty healthy competition.

Toothgrind3r:  "Hey, <wife's name>, look at my scores!  I broke 800!"

Toothgrind3r's wife:  "Hold my beer!"

Congrats on your score milestone in any case!!
